A typical post-construction scope. Large jobs are often done in two visits: a rough clean after the trades, and a final clean before opening.

  • Construction debris and leftover materials bagged and removed
  • Fine dust removed from walls, ledges, vents and fixtures
  • Protective film, stickers and tape residue removed
  • Windows, glass and frames cleaned inside
  • Paint and adhesive spots removed from hard surfaces
  • Restrooms and kitchen areas cleaned and sanitised

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, ready for floor care if needed

Before we start a construction cleanup

We come in once the trades have finished their work in the area. Tell us the opening or inspection date and we plan backwards from it.
Heavy debris and leftover materials can be hauled away by our junk removal crew on the same job.
New floors often need a first strip and wax or a seal. That can be booked with the cleanup so the floor is finished when you open.
