What a full strip and wax includes. Buffing and scrub-and-seal visits use the steps that apply to your floor.

  • Old wax and finish stripped with a floor machine
  • Floor rinsed and neutralised so new finish bonds
  • Edges and corners detailed by hand

How floor work is scheduled

A strip and wax needs the floor empty and time to dry, so it is usually done overnight or over a weekend. We tell you the exact window before we start.
We match the method to the material. VCT, vinyl, tile, sealed concrete and stone each get a different process, and we say which one your floor needs when we quote.
Regular buffing can be added to any commercial or janitorial schedule to keep the finish between full strips.
